




Project Details
The project involved the refurbishment of existing 19th century terraced houses to create a retail accommodation at ground floor and basement levels, and 5 luxury apartments on first to third floors. The works included major structural alterations to all of the existing party walls and the removal and replacement of all the floors and roof. The remaining existing building was underpinned and repaired. The apartments were completed to high standard of finish.
