Project Details
This was Phase 2 to an earlier new build. This project aimed to provide new office and creative spaces, meeting areas, changing rooms and large storage facilities. Phase 2 new build included piled foundations for the new reinforced concrete structure. External elevations were fair faced brickwork to match the earlier Phase 1 build, with upper levels clad in UCO Superflex rain screen cladding. The roof was a Sedum green roof.Phase 2 also included a significant amount of M&E and plant work, part of which serves Phase 1.
